Our speaker this month is member Brad Powell.  Brad has been doing a lot of night photography over the summer and will talk to us about his adventures.  He has some amazing shots and great stories to share.

There have been questions on voting for images and Jack Harynuk will review how that is handled.

We will be showing our Favourites from August, our field trip outing and the Abstract assignment.

September Field Trip
Sep 15 @ 10:15 am – 11:45 am

Come and join with us as we find photographic treasures at Demxx on the Alberni Highway.

This month we are going to add to our usual photographic event by inviting you to take part in our scavenger hunt.

Each person will be given a list of items or item styles that they can go and look for on site and then take a photo of it as creative as you would like

You don’t have to take part in the scavenger hunt but I think it will add an extra fun twist to our day

Lunch will be at Trees Restaurant  on the Alberni Highway (across from the Coop gas station) at noon

Demxx has asked that we don’t have an excessive amount of cars to leave room for customers as well as us.  If you could car pool that would be great

Hope to see you all there
