What we have going on…
This is new for the club, as most members are retired, we are meeting on a Wednesday at 10am in Parksville Community Park. Open spaces, no enclosed areas and lots of activity. At present Chesipeek Shores is filming and most of their equipment is being stored behind the curling rink with lots of filming crew activity. Or you may see the ball players or Tia Chi practitioners or skateboarders. Enjoy yourselves.
Remember the the health guidelines and safety protocols.
June’s Assignment is an opportunity to lash out with colour and your imagination. Your choice or both a sunrise and sunset.
This is an interesting Field Trip that Gail and Lynn have organized for June. We are touring around Qualicum Beach village on a Sunday evening at 7 pm, meeting at TOSH. Local and familiar, doesn’t get any better. See you there.
Symmetry in photography is achieved when two halves of an image hold the same weight and give a perfect balance between two sides of your photograph.
Here is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the beach midweek. Hopefully not too congested. Wednesday 14 July at 10:00 meeting around the coffee hut on the Beach. There are many opportunities to to shoot a variety of subjects from the seascapes to portraits or street photography. People, cars motorcycles and boats in abundance, use your imagination.

Have fun finding people, objects, animals, birds, boats or whatever else that shows action.
