Our general meetings are held on the first Wednesday of the month in the West Hall of the Qualicum beach Civic Centre from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm. We normally conduct the club’s business, then review the slideshows from the previous month’s assignment, field trip and favourite shot of the month. The last half of the meeting is dedicated to having a speaker come and make a presentation or discuss some aspects of their photography

The club picnic is an old tradition being revived after an absence of many years. This should be a fun event scheduled for Wednesday July 27 at the number 2 Picnic shelter in Rathtrevor Provincial Park.
Bring a chair drink and your lunch. The highlight of the picnic will be a photographic scavenger hunt. This event is outside and should be save from Covid.
Number 2 shelter should be marked as “Oceanside Photographers” or it may be in my name “Roderick (Rick) Horte” We will attempt to put up club signs to mark the way.
