The September General Meeting has been moved from September 1 at 7:00 to September 8 at 7:00 in the Civic Centre. this is due to a previous booking 2 years ago.

The Monthly Management Meeting is normally held on the second Thursday of the month in the boardroom of Qualicum Foods. If any members are interested in attending, please contact the club president.

Education Meetings until October 19 are cancelled due to public health directives and previous bookings. October 19, 2021 will be our first education meeting

Our general meetings are held on the first Wednesday of the month in the West Hall of the Qualicum beach Civic Centre from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm. We normally conduct the club’s business, then review the slideshows from the previous month’s assignment, field trip and favourite shot of the month. The last half of the meeting is dedicated to having a speaker come and make a presentation or discuss some aspects of their photography
